Sedric Gant graduated from the University of Phoenix with degrees in business management and marketing. His career includes roles in law enforcement, education, and customer service. Currently, Sedric Gant leads a call center team at Consumer Cellular, a telecommunications company in Phoenix. In his role at Consumer Cellular, Mr. Gant supports customer service representatives, technical support specialists/representatives, and their team leads, helping them troubleshoot complex customer issues. He also drafts reports, provides feedback to supervisors, and steps for them as needed. Additionally, he reviews calls and offers training and guidance to help agents enhance their skills. Previously, Mr. Gant worked in the customer service and sales department at CenturyLink in Phoenix. There, he managed account-related inquiries, billing issues, and service-related questions. His professional and respectful approach and keen listening skills allowed him to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. He also leveraged all available resources to improve the customer experience and enhance communication. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gant held various law enforcement roles. He served as a military enrollment specialist at the University of Phoenix, an operations lieutenant at the Department of Justice in Arizona, and a sergeant in the United States Marine at Camp Pendleton, California. Mr. Gant is a member of the Iron Sharpens Iron Men group, the Scottsdale Chess Club, and the Pure Heart Christian Fellowship.
